Whitening Special

Is your smile looking a little less than white these days? Is your love of coffee, wine, tea, or tobacco starting to show on your teeth? If so, then we can easily make those annoying stains disappear. For only $153, our patients will receive professional, custom-made take-home trays and a whitening gel for their personal use for life. Our gel is much stronger than anything you'll find at the store or online, and you can literally use our kit whenever and wherever you want.

• Patient must be at least 18 years old
• Must complete initial hygiene cleaning, X-rays, exam, and reappointment for six month re-care
• A one-time $153 payment should be made on the day the whitening trays are made
• Account in good standing
• Patient will receive 2 gel refills at each 6 month recall appointment for life *limit 4 per year--additional refills may be purchased
• Lost or destroyed applicator trays will be replaced at a low-cost to the patient (currently $50)

Current patients who have previously had trays made in our dental office may begin the Whitening for Life program and will receive 2 whitening gel carpules at their recall appointment at no cost.
